What we do in Northland homes
- Living room TVs, from $150, on drywall or over the fireplace ($225–$400 on stone, brick or tile).
- MantelMount pull-downs for fireplaces that put the TV too high: $850–$1,000 manual or $1,050–$1,200 motorized, mount included.
- Soundbars and LED backlighting mounted with the TV ($100–$250 for soundbars).
- Hidden wires inside the wall when it allows, included. Add-ons: an outlet to hide the power cord from $200, longer HDMI cables from $25.
