How It Works
- Reserve your TV and answer a few questions about your wall.
- Approve your quote and pay for the TV online, by card or bank transfer.
- I deliver and install; installation is billed after the job, and you approve any extras before I start.

Installation & Delivery
- Delivery: $79 for TVs under 75", $150 for 75" and up.
FREE delivery when we install it. Ask for your installation quote: text or call Dan at (913) 674-9723. - Other extras (in-wall power, outlets, etc.) are shown and priced in your home, and you approve before any work starts. New outlets are done by a licensed electrician.
- Payment: card or bank transfer through our secure online invoice. $35 credit when you pay by bank transfer.

Store Policies
- Cancellation / change of mind: return within 3 days of delivery or installation. $150 restocking fee. TV must be in the original box with all packaging and accessories.
- Defective: report within 14 days of delivery or installation. Choice of an equal replacement or a full refund of the TV price. No restocking fee. Keep the original box and packaging (required for warranty).
- Damaged on arrival: equal replacement or 100% refund, customer's choice.
- Warranty: first 30 days, contact SmartHome Connect directly. After 30 days, through the manufacturer.
- Keep the original box and all packaging for at least 14 days.
